Refund and cancellation policy

This policy explains how trials, cancellations, renewals and refunds work for Ocli subscriptions. It forms part of our terms of service.

Free plan and trial

The free plan is available indefinitely at no cost. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then moves to the free plan. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

• If you were charged in error, or a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service for a significant part of a billing period, contact us and we will refund the affected period.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge and have not used the service in that period, we will refund that charge in full.
• Otherwise, subscription fees for periods already started are non-refundable, because the service is delivered continuously throughout the period.

Overage charges

Usage above your plan allowance is billed at the end of the month at the rate shown on the pricing page. Overage charges are refundable only if they resulted from traffic that was recorded in error.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. Invoices and receipts are issued by Paddle, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

How to request a refund

Email hello@ocli.io from the address on your account, with your invoice number and a short description of the problem. We reply to refund requests within 5 business days.
