Pricing questions
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?
They have the same features. Only the scale changes: pages, users and sites.
What counts as a page?
Any URL in your sitemap that we audit. Redirects and non-HTML files don't count.
Which AI assistants do you check?
Free checks use Gemini; paid plans add ChatGPT and Claude. The 14-day trial includes all three once your card is confirmed.
What happens when I reach my page limit?
Scans stop adding pages at your plan's limit, so pages beyond it aren't audited until you move to a larger plan. There's no charge per extra page or per prompt.
How does the free trial work?
Start with the free Snapshot. When you're ready, start a 14-day trial of Starter or Growth from Settings → Billing or when you publish your first fix. A card is required; cancel before day 15 and you aren't charged. One trial per workspace and per domain.
Do I need Webflow?
No. Any site works with its sitemap URL. One-click publishing is available for Webflow; on other platforms fixes come copy-ready, field by field. For WordPress publishing, email hello@ocli.io to join the waitlist.
Will anything change on my site without approval?
No. Nothing is published until you approve it. On Webflow, approved fixes are saved as drafts.
What is Early Access pricing?
Early customers keep their price for 12 months, and we give 30 days' notice of any change.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
There's no long-term contract: plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refund policy
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth at any time; during a trial, the trial end date stays the same. To move to a smaller plan or to Scale, email hello@ocli.io.
What happens to my data?
We keep your account data while your account is active, and you can ask us to delete your account at hello@ocli.io. If you connect Google, you can disconnect it at any time in Settings; synced Google metrics are deleted within 30 days of disconnecting or deleting your account, and Google data is never used to train generalised AI models. How is payment handled?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. EUR prices exclude VAT; Paddle adds it at checkout where applicable.
